Fischer Integrates Real Estate Portfolios as Regions Bank Acquires Union Planters

Fischer & Company, headquartered in Dallas, TX, has provided real estate and technology services to Regions Bank for the last two years and has provided technology services to Union Planters to form the 12th largest bank in the nation.  The combined bank will have over 2,000 locations across 15 states.  Fischer & Company will be responsible for managing the real estate integration of the merged entity.  Upon the merger announcement, Fischer & Company immediately performed due diligence on 280 bank locations in a 3-week period and performed "broker opinion of value" valuations on 600 locations in a 30-day period.  Furthermore, Fischer & Company has identified potential real estate savings of over $20 million on an annualized basis.
