James Winter and Fischer & Company Win Site Selection's 2001 Leadership Award

Each year Site Selection magazine recognizes an elite group of Corporate Real Estate professionals with the 2001 Leadership Award. Based on excellence in areas of globalization, Workplace Strategies, Corporate Savings and Service Delivery, the award honors those dedicated to delivering the best real estate services available.

James Winter and the Fischer & Company team are the proud recipients of this year’s award. The award is given based on the previous years accomplishments and the goals set for the upcoming year.

Winter, along with Fischer & Company, saved Alcoa Inc. more than $11 million and was responsible for negotiating a lease of 113,741 square feet of new office space in downtown Pittsburgh. This space will accommodate 400 employees. These are just a few reasons why Winter and Fischer & Company were awarded the 2001 Corporate Real Estate Leadership Award.
