Nortel Networks saves $73 Million and Cingular Wireless Gains New Office Space

Fischer & Company represented Nortel Networks in the disposal of a 376,351 square foot office building.  This transaction, which resulted in $73 million in savings, closed on July 20, 2001. Cingular Wireless, the nation’s second-largest wireless carrier, will move into the suburban Class A office space at 12252 Nortel Networks Parkway in Alpharetta, GA.  

Within 92 days of project initiation, Fischer & Company was successful in creating an aggressive plan for disposing of this property, while continuing to preserve enough space in the area to accommodate the existing work forces.
