Equitable Resources Selects Fischer as Broker of Choice

Equitable Resources, the largest natural gas supplier in the Appalachian basin, announced today that it has engaged Fischer to select and evaluate sites for its 300,000+ SF corporate headquarters.  This new headquarters building will serve as base for all three of its integrated divisions.  Equitable Resources, founded in 1888, is an integrated energy company with emphasis on Appalachian area natural-gas supply, transmission and distribution.

Additionally, as part of its contract with Equitable Resources, Fisher will identify opportunities for its real estate transactions throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky.  “Equitable Resources has built a strong reputation in the Appalachian Basin.  Fischer is proud to assist in selecting a site that will enhance their status as Equitable continues to expand its operations,” stated Larry Teel of Fischer’s Pittsburgh office.  David Koch and Larry Teel, of Fischer, will represent Equitable.
