94,135 Square Foot Early Office Space Termination - Vancouver, British Columbia

Fischer & Company is pleased to announce the completion of a 94,135 square foot office space disposition in Vancouver, British Columbia for SAP.  Chris Joyner, an Executive Vice President of Fischer & Company and President of Fischer Financial, Inc., represented the client, SAP, in this transaction.   This early negotiated termination saved SAP $5 Million in future lease expense.  Fischer represents SAP in all real estate transactions activities within North America.
