Fischer & Company recently closed a complicated transaction in the Chicago area for a Fortune 500 client in the transportation industry.
“The 600,000 SF transaction provided flexible terms and conditions for the tenant and resulted in a rent savings of $8.25 million over the 5-year term of the lease,” announced Clifford R. Fischer, CEO of Fischer & Company.
