Fischer & Company Negotiates FedEx Home Delivery Relocation in Fort Worth, Texas

Fischer & Company announced the successful negotiation on behalf of FedEx Home Delivery, to relocate their operations to the Carter Distribution Center in Fort Worth.

The FedEx Home Delivery facility had been operating at peak capacity for some time and the FedEx Ground facility had been handling its excess capacity.  “Fischer & Company was able to identify and deliver a space that provided FedEx Home Delivery the package handling capacity, heavy parking requirement and cost effective solution it needed,” stated Larry Teel, Executive Vice President of Fischer & Company.  “This space at Carter Distribution Center allows FedEx Home Delivery to more efficiently service its customers in the Fort Worth market.”

The lease for the property was executed in July 2009 and Home Delivery began operations from the space on October 1, 2009.
