Fischer & Company Announces Fortune 100 Global Distribution Campus Renewal and Expansion

The Memphis office of Fischer & Company has confirmed an agreement of a 10-year lease renewal and expansion of a Global Distribution Campus for a Fortune 100 client.

“We have had a strong relationship with our client for many years and we are honored to help take them into the next phase of their strategic plan,” stated Fred Placke, SIOR with Fischer & Company. “This is a key location as well as their largest distribution center.”

The 10-year lease renewal was formalized in June 2009. The agreement includes an expansion of 150,000 square feet with a cost savings of over $1.5 million.
