As a young real estate broker in 1985, Clifford R. Fischer realized the conflicts of interest inherent when one company tries to represent the best interests of opposing parties, in this case landlords and tenants.

To correct this situation, he founded Fischer & Company, realizing his vision of putting integrity first and delivering the best for his tenant clients.

In 1986, Cliff developed a flat file database and strategic plan for Sun Exploration & Production Company, the first of many strategic client engagements. Fischer’s growth necessitated the founding of Fischer Systems, Inc. in 1992, Fischer Financial in 2002, and Fischer Management Services, Inc., a Women-Owned Business affiliate, in 2003.

Today, Fischer’s proprietary ManagePath^® technology is the industry’s leading corporate real estate management solution. Fischer provides strategic insight to many of the largest companies in the world and represents clients globally for millions of square feet in office and industrial space.
