Leadership CLIFFORD R. FISCHER Clifford R. Fischer founded the company on July 1, 1985 with the goal of establishing the most quality-oriented and technology-driven corporate real estate services firm in the world. The first to couple brokerage services for tenants with software development services for corporate real estate executives, Mr. Fischer created his initial custom software application in 1986 for Oryx Energy Company, which led to solutions for IBM, ITT, Dun & Bradstreet Software, Verizon (at that time GTE), Equitable and Texas Instruments. Throughout those early years he also represented clients including FedEx, Citicorp, and AT&T in real estate transactions. Mr. Fischer began his career as a Vice President with First Dallas Investors in 1981, where he developed and managed the company’s new brokerage division. In 1982, he joined Baldwin Harris; he entered tenant representation in 1983 when he joined Fults & Associates. Mr. Fischer graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1981 and has worked in commercial real estate since his junior year in college. He resides in Plano, Texas with his wife and three children. |
